Building "A" has four (4) units, Building "B" contains four (4) units and Building "C" consists of twelve (12) units. These units vary in the number of bedrooms, pricing and utilities. All units include: the use of the beautiful in ground pool during the summer swimming season, trash removal, grounds maintenance, snow removal, applicances (varies with unit), and a 24 hour hotline for emergency services. Cats only are welcome.

Building "A"
Building "A" units included one (1) and two (2) bedrooms with ample size closets and a single full bath. The applicanced eat-in kitchen includes: refrigerator & stove. A coin-operated washer & dryer are located in the hall/foyer for your laundry needs. All units are cable ready and are serviced with electrical baseboard heat. Heat is not included in the monthly rental fee. Unit pricing starts at $745.00 a month. A years lease is required.
Building "B"
Building "B" units consist of two (2) bedrooms with ample size closets and a single full bath. The applicanced eat-in kitchen includes: refrigerator & stove. A coin-operated washer & dryer are located in the hallway/foyer for your laundry needs. All units are cable ready and are serviced with hot water baseboard oil. Heat is included in the monthly rental fee. Unit pricing starts at $745.00 a month. A years lease is required.
Building "C"
These recently constructed units each have two (2) bedrooms with ample size closets. The fully appliance eat-in kitchen includes: microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The living room is nicely carpeted, with sliders to your own private deck in some units. The units boast a full bath area & separate laundry area with stackable washer/dryer in each private unit. All units are cable ready & energy efficient and serviced with electrical baseboard heat (not included). Two (2) parking spaces are allowed for each unit. Unit pricing ranges from $845. to $995/month. No utilities are included. A years lease is required.
